The delivery charge for most orders is £10 per order.
Delivery will be made to customers within 7 working days. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver within this timescale, we will contact the customer and advise of the new date. If the new date is unacceptable for the customer, the order may be cancelled and we will refund the customer’s credit card. As we do not store financial information, we may contact the customer for their card details.

If the customer is unsatisfied with the order for any reason they must contact us within 7 working days on 01355 272438 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best, according to our terms and conditions, to put right any problem and ensure customer satisfaction.
If we cannot resolve a problem that we have caused, the customer can cancel the order and return the goods. On receipt, we will refund the customer’s credit card. As we do not store financial information, we may contact the customer for the card details.
As many of our goods are made to order, we are usually unable to offer a refund for returned goods or cancelled orders where we have correctly processed an order and / or despatched the goods (for example, where a customer changes their mind). In this case, we will issue a credit note which can be exchanged for goods.
We may issue a refund at our discretion if we have not begun work on an order.
